  When one takes time to think about their character or behavior, they analyze the reasons that caused the behavior, where this comes from, what the    outcome of said behavior. What does it mean to that individual, is it effective for them and can something rectify the situation?

  Surround yourself around like-minded people. If you are trying to build, invite each trade to the BBQ. You can't build a house, with only plumbers on      your roster.


 

  Scan your body in moments of deep thought:

  Allows you to find the part of your body that's tense.
